All bad files will be displayed in the display window. By default, all files will be selected to be deleted. To unselect an item, click on it's name. It will no longer be displayed in bold which signifies that it will not be deleted.

If you would like a backup of the files stored on the hard drive, check the 'Create Backup' box.

Click 'Delete'. If you selected backup, then you will be prompted to choose where to put the backup. Notice that you can create a new folder at this time.

You will then be prompted with a message displaying how many files were deleted. The list will be updated.
