Edit By BS Editor: RunnerBot is a small utility which has the same function like the Run command on Windows. The creation of this software began when I visit a new internet cafe in my city. The internet cafe seems so Paranoid on what the customer will do on their computer. So, they have so many limited access to the Windows functions like disabling the Run command, etc. In my opinion, they may have a strictly deadly rules like disabling cmd, search, etc but not the Run command. Why? because i feel free and more easier to use the computer by just typing it except of using a mouse.
