EditBy: RegSentry is a registry key monitoring application that sits in your system tray and notifies you of changes to important registry key changes that Internet Worms, or Spyware programs may add to the registry database. You can "Revert" changes made to registry values or delete keys that are suspect or belong to programs that you do not want to automatically start when your computer boots.

How does it work?
RegSentry uses registry monitoring functions to get notified of when registry keys change. It will then flash a warning icon in the system tray or pop-up a dialog box to inform the user that there have been changes.
