Editor: exitdelay' is a command line program that locates a top level system window by its title, and then sends a termination message after an indicated time delay. This can be used to terminate unattended programs after fixed delays, or in scripts that require timed processing.

The target window is obtained through a case insensitive substring search of window titles. Only the first matching window title is taken as the target window.
