Edit by : If you are using JavaScript to create cool web pages, it's impossible to protect your code from being stolen. However, you can make it rather hard for people to change anything in the code, if you make it hard to read by eliminating all formatting and scrambling the variable and function names.
yCode Scramble v1.5 will scramble your JavaScript as well as corresponding html code. Simply paste your code inside the edit box below and press the Scramble button (Note: all processing is done on the browser side!). Copy the resulting code back to your application.
You can choose a more ADVANCED version of Scramble. You'd be able to process multiple files as well have more control on scrambling process.
NOTES:
"function" keyword, function name, and arguments should be on the same line; arguments should be comma separated; the function body should be on the new line
variables should be declared on a separate line using "var" keyword and should be comma separated
program statements should be on separate lines and should be terminated with ";" (since white space is removed)
javascript keywords will not be scrambled
comments are removed; therefore, if comment characters (// and /*) are part of a string, convert them as follows: var myString="//"; becomes var myString="/" + "/"; and href="http://www.yCode.com" becomes href="http:\\www.yCode.com" . you can free download yCode Scrambler 1.5 now.
