Your Windows operating system can't handle this and it is not possible to map the same drive letter with different shares. This task will be done in the future by Xi!Swatch which supports this feature by active monitoring and automatic drive mapping

Within your company Xi!Swatch will monitor connections for your servers and workstations sending you a message if an event occured recovering an alternate connection which doesn't interrupt your business.
