Edit by : WptConvert is a small commandline tool for converting waypoint files from one format to another. It can also merge several files into one file. Please note that it only handles the waypoint name and coordinates, not any other information about the waypoint.
Supported file types are:

-GPX
-LOC
-OV2
-TXT

This program is a Spin-off of WaypointTool. The big difference is that you can run this tool automatically in a Batch-file you can free download WptConvert 1.1 now.
