It records fuel, oil changes, tire repairs, maintenance events and more for an unlimited number of vehicles. Fuel economy is available at the click of a mouse. Default suppliers for frequently used types allows quick entry. Last mileage entered is remembered for quick entry for the next time. Change viewing filter to only see items interested in, filter and report on date range and item types. The Desktop has all features of the PDA version plus it has reporting capabilities and graphing of fuel economy and vehicle costs.

This can synchronize with a Pocket PC PDA using Ultimate Car for Pocket PC software. It is not necessary to have a PDA version of the software for the Desktop to work, this product can operate as a standalone application.

It has a trial period and requires a registration code to use past the trial period.
