It selects from a massive bank of statements, written by teachers with over twenty years of experience, and then changes verbs and adverbs, rearranges sentences (and even the order of the clauses within those sentences) to achieve the best effect. The result is thousands of different possible reports for children in exactly the same ability groups.

The Report King supports most document formats (such as Word documents, rich text files, text files, HTML and others.) Once you have told The Report King where to insert each subject (a simple process, explained in step-by-step detail in the accompanying help file) the program is ready to go.
