SurroundPhoto 3.0 Description
"Capture panoramic pictures of both environments and events."
Editor: How to take a SurroundPhoto Picture:
1. Make sure the Reflector, camera lens and top of threaded base are clean and free of prints, Smudges etc. Use lens tissue or a soft cloth.
2. Thread reflector Assembly onto camera. DO NOT over-tighten threads or damage to camera or threaded base could occur.
3. Affix camera to tripod (if available) and raise camera as high as possible.
4. Using the included bubble level, place on top of reflector top and adjust camera/tripod till bubble is in center of Circle. This is an important step, as un-level pictures will “wobble” in VR movies.
5. Go into your camera options control. Read your camera’s manual for Details on how to perform this. Please set the following:
a) Set the focus to .24 meters or 9 inches.
b) Set the Aperture to F8 under normal lighting. For bright outdoor scenes, decrease the F aperture.
6. Using the cameras zoom controls, zoom in on the reflector till it fills an axis (usually the top and bottom).
7. Take the picture. If you don’t want to be in the picture, duck under the camera or use a timer to get out of the reflectors view.
8. Transfer the picture to your PC or Mac using the camera manufacturer’s included software. You are now ready to use SurroundPhoto to unwarp your image. you can free download SurroundPhoto 3.0 now.
