Does not require you to have a TTS engine installed in your system, but if you do, you can switch from TTS to 'Real Speech' voice quickly and easily, at any stage.

-If you choose TTS voice, you can customize the phrase spoken.

-In 'Announce mode', says the time at specific time intervals, Between the times of day you select.

-In 'Alarm mode', provides recurring alert notification on elapse of chosen time interval (says what the time interval is, the current time, and time the alarm was set).

-Includes a number of small but thoughtful features such as HotKey to speak the time, whether time should automatically be spoken on start-up, and whether warning beeps should be played before announcement.
