Power-ups: Plenty of ship upgrades and power-ups along the way. The ship has 5 categories of ship upgrades that have a total of 6 levels each. The categories are: Fuel Systems, Deflector Shield, Tractor Beam, Weapons, and Defensive Systems.

Upgrades: Persistent ship upgrades. Once you obtain an upgrade it will stay with you until you complete the campaign.
