EditBy: A small PICTURE VIEWER program that lets you view almost all graphic
files you have on your disk. List all graphic files, browse trough
folders and show each file full screen.

The graphic files supported are JPG, GIF, BMP, DIB, RLE, TGA, PCX, WMF,
TIF, ICO, CEL, PIC, PSD, ICB, CUT, PAL, PBM, PCC, PDD, PCD, PPM, PGM,
RGB, RLA, RPF, SCR, SGI, VDA, WIN, thanks to the use of the enhanced
'GraphicEx' unit for Delphi, by Mike Lischke, that allows loading all
graphic file types into Borland's Delphi.

This new version of PicViewer, starting at version 1.0.0.0, has been a
complete program rewrite from scratch, and already has - when viewing
files in full screen mode - a few enhancements, like a magnifying lens
to check picture Details, some color editions, a 'fit to screen' modifier,
and of course a 'save to file' to allow you to save the edited picture...

Has an option to SlideShow all graphic files inside a selected folder,
