It uses standard SMDR and CDR date transfer using serial cable connection or TCP/IP connection. Some of the reports generated by PhoneJournal are: Top Calls, External line usage report, costs by carrier, costs by extensions or department, account code reports, zone reports, or filtred listings. The reports are generated in HTML format and can be easily sent by email.
