From within Microsoft WordTM right click any text and select the 'Add to Paraclete' option
From Windows Explorer, just right click any file and select the 'Send To -> Paraclete' menu option
Drag and drop a file onto the Paraclete shortcut on the Desktop
Import a collection of Services or Service Items that a colleagues has made available on the Internet or sent by email
Reduce all your Service Items to a list of a manageable size by specifying criteria using the FlexiSearch tool

Direct Services, or Service items to a template resulting in a Microsoft WordTM document that you can print or give to a friend

Swap Service Items with colleagues to quickly increase the amount of material in your copy of Paraclete
