Using My Scribe to insert text is easy. First, create items that will make up your pop-up menu (which can include cascading or sub-menus) and enter the text you want insert when a particular menu item is selected. Then switch to the window you want to insert text into, press Ctrl+Shift+F10 or Ctrl+Right Click (both combinations can be changed) and select an item from the pop-up menu.
