EditBy: Liquib treats an image as if it were a fluid, which can be distorted by various transformations to create liquid image and marbled paper type effects. It is a graphics tool (or toy) that attempts to translate mathematics into visual imagery.
New Features

Several significant improvements and new capabilities were implemented with Version 1.7 of Liquib. Here's a quick Synopsis:

* Multiple Pools => A Liquib Pool serves as a work window into which source images can be displayed and Tool and Effect manipulations can be applied. When the program is started an empty Pool is automatically created so that work can begin immediately. The Pools Menu provides options for creating and switching Between Pools, and the same options are also conveniently available through the button on Liquib Tools (2 indicates that Pool 2 is currently active). Each Pool can have its own source image, its own Tool and Effect manipulations and its own Mask. Each Pool maintains its own Undo/Redo Manipulation History. (Liquib Pools are analogous to Kaleider Patterns.)

* Liquib Masked Scene Masking => The new Masking feature of Liquib can Overlay portions of the changeable, evolving screen display with a static background, based on either a specified Mask Shape or a Stencil image. Background areas can be filled with either a solid color or another image. The Mask Options screen is available to configure the characteristics of Masking. It's possible to create custom Mask Stencil images with the Create Mask function. A button is available on Edit Tools to toggle Masking on/off, and the Mask button can be right-clicked to show a popup menu of Masking options.

Mask actions can be captured in Scripts, and later revised via the Script Control and Editing screen. Random Masking can be applied during Automatic Effects, according to options set in the Automatic Effects Configuration screen.
