Earth Screen Saver includes a stunningly rendered image of the earth together with Smooth animation of the different phases and is fully configurable, including colour (ability to apply a colour filter), size, and starting phase. Earth Screensaver is shareware and may be used free of charge for 30 days, during which an Unregistered message will occasionally appear on screen. Upon registering, you will receive a regsitration key that will turn your shareware Earth Screen Saver into the full version. Registering the screensaver will allow you free unlimited upgrades and technical support from KyoSoft. The cost of registration is $19.99. Earth Screensaver has a number of customised options: Apply colour filter: This option allows a user-defined colour filter to be applied to the image. The colour filter currently selected is shown in the rectangle below the slider controls. You can change the currently selected filter colour by moving the slider controls for the red, green, and blue filter components. In general, light pastel colours work best for the colour filter. Shadow brightness: Selecting this option allows the areas in shadow to be set. Values range from 0 (darkest) to 100 (brightest) and can be changed by either holding and dragging the slider with your mouse, clicking either side of the slider, or using the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard. Show current phase: If this option is selected then Earth Screensaver will show the current phase of the earth. Randomise starting phase: Selecting this option will choose a random starting phase of the earth each time that Earth Screensaver is initialised.
