An Important note regarding invoices:

It is assumed you will probably use Invocator to produce invoices for actual sales. Invocator creates automatic invoice numbers in sequence. Sometimes users are not aware that tax and accounting authorities will not approve of Gaps in the numbering. Invocator does not store invoices you create, so when you click 'create' you must PRINT the invoice and add it to your sales records. Even if you created one in error, you must print it and write 'cancelled' on it and store it so you always have an intact sequence.

When you first use the program, you will no doubt want to test it with dummy information. We advise you to do this until you feel ready to start producing official invoices - at this point go into the settings and enter the invoice number you want to start with. After that, do not change it again unless advised to do so by a qualified accountant.

Using Invocator:
Usage is very simple. Most of the time it is just a matter of entering the customer Details, then add invoice items, and final click 'create. Invoice numbers are created automatically, the date always sets by default to today, and the invoice type will be the one you choose in Settings. you can free download Invocator 1.0 now.
