Install CalendarSync
Make sure your computer meets the CalendarSync system requirements.
Quit all instances of Outlook that are running.
If CalendarSync is already installed on your computer, click the Add or Remove Programs icon in the Windows Control Panel to uninstall that older version.
Sign in to your Trumba account.
To the left of your calendar, in the Calendar Tasks list, click Install CalendarSync for Microsoft Outlook, and then click Download CalendarSync Setup.
When a download or security dialog box appears (this dialog box looks a little different in each browser):
If you have the option to click Run or Open, do that. You'll see a second dialog box. Click Run or Open a Second Time.

If you have no other option than to save the downloaded file to your computer, click OK or Save. Locate the file CalendarSyncSetup.exe that you downloaded to your computer, and then double-click it.

In the CalendarSync Setup Wizard, click Next on the Welcome page and the two subsequent pages. It's not necessary to change any of the installation defaults.
When the installation is complete, click Close. you can free download Install CalendarSync for Outlook 1.10.11 now.
