General Sizing
Image Format Studio offers advanced sizing capabilities using the slider and "click-bar" combination.
The slider allows easy sizing to an approximate desired image size. To quickly narrow in on the exact size, use the click-bar. Clicking toward one end of a click-bar changes the image size by a small amount. Clicking toward the opposite end changes the image size by a larger amount.

Proportional Sizing
When "Keep Proportions" is selected, then the image height and width both increase or decrease together. The ratio of width to height (called the Aspect ratio) stays the same. For example, if the image is 400x100 and then the height is increased to 200, the width will become 800.
Whatever dimension is larger may increase or decrease by an amount larger than 1. If you notice this, be assured that your click-bar is working properly as this is the way that proportional sizing must work. Considering the same example of a 400x100 image, the width cannot be changed to 401 since the height would then have to be 300.25. 300.25 is not allowed since image sizes in graphics files are always integer (whole number) values.
