Editor: This is a very classic creation which is just as good as watching a Haunted House movie clip. The theme in this horror piece is based on a house which was inhabited by four people, a husband and wife and her three children; one a girl and the other two boys who died tragically. One of the boys was actually a toddler and was often seen on one of the staircases in the house, which you will come across at some point in the screensaver. The father was burnt alive and the mother was shot fatally. Clues are given of hidden horrors in the screensaver if you watch it closely. This has to be among the best haunted house screensavers out there which has scary sounds, dozens of special effects and many ghostlike animations and appearances throughout the scenes. Some scenes are scary to the point where the screensaver seems almost real and chilling.
The screensaver has 7 eerie scenes, with 4 shown in the trial version and the other 3 unlocked in the full version. The animations in the full screensaver total just about 30 minutes of continuous suspense and detailed animation. In some scenes, large 3D roaches crawl, while a Tarantula looms. The ghostlike appearances of the family have been witnessed in mirrors, on staircases, in the bathrooms and there are even scenes where gargoyle-looking beasts wonder in the bedrooms and bathrooms representing the carnage which took place the night the family were brutally killed.
There are terrible winds and eerie sounds of monsters and evil laughter and even storms which take place in the Graveyard which becomes haunted at nights. There are times when realistic human appearances walk around as doors Slam and cats wonder in rooms and in the graveyard. A bat has even been seen to turn into a cat. In the registered version, the evil that took place in the bathroom before the woman dies and its horror can be seen in short snapshots of what happened that gruesome night.
