"The FormHints component applies the balloon-like hints for your controls."

Editor: The FormHints component applies the balloon-like hints for your controls instead of regular, rectangular hints. You may specify the default balloon direction, text alignment, degree of transparency and other features that affect on hint appearance. One component changes hint appearance for all form's of entire application.
