BS Editor: When you select Automatic mode, you will be able to rename or copy all the files in a folder and its subfolder if you desire in One Click. Just by selecting the source and target folder, the prefix you would like to use for all picture files (Spain or Madrid), a starting index that will be increased automatically for you (Spain01, Spain02, etc...) and how many digit should the index be. The number of digit for the index is important when you want to keep your file in a certain order (Spain001.jpg, Spain002.jpg instead of Spain1.jpg, Spain2.jpg).
You can type or browse the source and target folder. If do not enter a folder for the destination, your picture files will be renamed. By selecting the option Subfolders, you allow the application to gather all files located in the folder and any folder located underneath it. When you are copying to another folder the subfolder will be recreated at the target folder location.
Automatic mode allows you to rename or copy all your picture files in one step. First select a meaningful prefix (Spain, Madrid, Sophie_, etc...). Second select the starting index. the index will be incremented automatically for you. Third select how many digit would like the index to be ( Spain1 Spain2, or Spain01 Spain02, etc...). You can select to delete the original once each file as been copied successfully. This option is not available if you have selected to rename the picture files.
