For mp3/wma media files, EverCD can keep most tag fields as Codec, Mode, Duration, Size, BitRate, Frequency, Artist, Album, Genre, Year, Title, Comment, Lyrics. When creating thumbnails for image or digi-photo files, EverCD can record their properties like Original Dimensions, Color Depth, Taken Date, Camera, Model, Exposure time, F Number, Exposure Program, Comment.
The cd/dvd file structure is always taken and saved with controllable depth. Also,you can specify more information for each disk: price,location,comment,cover,etc. An embedded Open/Close device door function will make the process more convenient.

You get to have all the fun without any database engine needed. Moreover, you can create as many libraries as you like, or prepare a specific library file for transfer by means of "import" and "export" functions provide by EverCD.
