To use dLMonitor you need the following:

Windows XP or Windows 2003 server
Microsoft .NET Framework v 1.1 or later (if not already installed this may be obtained from Windows Update)
An always-on connection to the relevant network (internet or Company network)
EITHER a valid e-mail account through which you can send e-mails from your PC
OR the Windows SMPT service installed (if not already installed the SMTP service is provided on the Windows XP CD) you can free download dLMonitor 1.0 now.
