Editor: This appointment calendar software screen shows the monthly view. This screen allows you to have a screen that is Similar to your paper appointment calendar page. This screen also gives you the convenient ability to type your note directly into the calendar day just as you would with writing onto the page of your paper calendar. The
navigate buttons (Arrow #2) allow you to move from one month to the next. If you will notice, the monthly view has April 2006 on one side of the navigate buttons and Appointments on the other. The left side, of course, is you date. On the right side is your current category. We will discuss categories further on we get to the main controller below. One other feature on the monthly view to note is the large white box at the bottom of the monthly view. This large text box is for your convenience because it allows you to enter information that pertains to a month but not a particular day. For example, April is National Poetry Month and Jazz Appreciation Month so you would type this information in the large box since it does not tie to a particular day.
Our appointment calendar software gives you a daily view. To access the daily view, just double-click on the number above any day (Arrow #1 in Monthly View) and that day will expand to the daily view. To return to the Monthly View, just double-click the day number in the daily view. As you can see I clicked on the 18th of April.This view allows you to have a substantially bigger area in which to read/write your notes for that day. On this screen the
buttons navigate you Between days instead of months.
The command controller is our appointment calendar software's main controller.This is where the application starts.The Choose Category (#1) window allows you to double-click an entry and then the command controller will display a Monthly View.In my case, I clicked on Appointments to get the above Monthly View.You are not limited to the categories above. .... you can free download Data Calendar 3.1 now.
