cuftpd is hosted by sourceforge.net and it has a project page here, where you can also download the latest release of cuftpd

cuftpd has several useful features:

Remote centralized userbase and statistics via rmi
Connection to remote userbase and statistics secured via SSL with certificate authentication
Supports anonymous usage via anonymous userbase
FTP and FXP (ftp-bounce) functionality
SSL/TLS transfer and control connection encryption
Supports CPSV and SSCN -> SSL FXP (site-to-site encrypted traffic)
Groups (local and remote)
Per group Leech and allotment settings (site allotments, site leechers)
Extensive permission system (permissions.acl)
Logging: xferlog, dupelog (files), dirlog
Support for all modes of XDUPE
Supports management of the site via "site"-commands
Internal zipscript
Support for the pz-ng zipscript

The pzs-ng team have been very supportive of the cuftpd effort, and as such, have made modifications to their zipscript to get it to run flawlessly with cuftpd.
