ComTrack allows you to track your sales, commissions (gross and net), sales date, agent participation, and the status of each Transaction. ComTrack displays the count, total, and average commission, gross closed commission, and net closed commission for all transactions or subtotals on transactions that have a status of closed, in escrow, active, or other.

Select the transactions you want to work with from the SELECT RECORDS screen. You can select by date range and transaction status (i.e. Closed, Active, etc.). From this screen you can list the selected records, delete the selected records, or compare the selected records against your goals.

Enter your Goals for Sales, Gross Closed Commissions, and/or Net Closed Commissions and compare them to your actuals from the PROGRESS TOWARDS GOALS screen. Goals are compared to the sum of all transactions selected from the SELECT RECORDS screen.
Print reports on your PC using the HotSyncâ copy of the data from your PDA.
