EditByBSEditor: Tone generator / code synthesizer for two-way radio signaling. Uses sound card to generate CTCSS, DTMF, 2-tone Paging, Tone-remote, 5/6-tone ANI, selective calling, tone burst and more. Play any combination of tones simultaneously. Spectrum analyzer and scope displays.

Cheaper and more flexible than a code synthesizer. Use for testing, simulation & engineering. Output may be fed directly into radio, twisted pair, or service monitor. No external hardware required.

FEATURES:

1. Tone Generator: Sine, Square or Triangle waveform, 20Hz ~ 5KHz. Continuous or burst.

2. 16-digit DTMF generator: Standard CCITT or Knox tones. Adjustable delay/duration. Single Digits or sequence.

3. CTCSS/PL Tone encoder: Generate any standard or custom Frequency up to 300Hz. Optional "turn-off" tone for repeater control.

4. 2-Tone Paging Encoder: All standard frequency groups & formats are included. Test fire pagers and other 2-tone paging systems & Equipment. Custom frequencies, durations and gap may be entered to simulate any non-standard format.

5. Tone-remote Console: Single and dual-tone format. Standard and non-standard function & monitor tone frequencies. Fully customizable settings with adjustable levels and durations for guard tone, function tone and hold tones.

6. 5/6-Tone Encoder/ANI: Two to ten sequential tone encoder. Standard US and international tone groups included. Selectable preamble tone, gap and widths.

7. Scope & Spectrum Analyzer: Monitor signal generators and received audio. Digital storage features - Pause, save, magnify, print, copy. Independent trace for each input or output signal.

8. Sound card calibration for highly accurate frequency control.

9. Mixer panel for level adjustment of each generator.
