Alright I admit it, I definitely haven't submitted anything in the month of September for a very long time! Too long for me to be comfortable with! This is an "Icon Challenge" that I just recently finished at the Sailor Moon Oracle's Forum. I'm not quite sure why I chose this theme, probably because no one had done it before. It is pretty pathetic since I started it a year ago and just finished now.
