Lock levels. When you double click system tray icon, the computer is locked up with one of two locking methods: the "Lower" is faster, and the "Higher" is more robust. First, basically intercepts certain unlocking commands, the second completely replaces Windows shell with lockup screen you've selected before. The "Higher" method is always used during startup.
