Task List Projects are planned by setting up tasks in the task list by anyone with access to the system. Once a task has been added this task is automatically ready for time tracking.
There is no enforced limited for the number of tasks you can add in a project. Many customers have projects with over 100 tasks.
Gantt Diagram
The Gantt diagram module is used go graphically plan and schedule projects. In addition the Gantt diagram module also let you schedule resources and in the process create a work schedule which you or the individual resources can print or export to Excel, Word etc.
