gSyncit is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that allows for two-way synchronization Between Google and Outlook calendars. Once installed gSyncit adds a toolbar to Outlook and offers the following features:

Simple and easy to use interface and configuration
Synchronize recurring event exceptions
Synchronize Google to Outlook calendars.
Synchronize Outlook to Google calendars.
Synchronize multiple Google calendars with a single Outlook calendar
Can be loaded from the windows system tray
Synchronize events within a predefined date or day range
Collision detection alerts when an appointment has been modified in both Google and Outlook between synchronizations.
Synchronize a single Outlook calendar to multiple Google calendars
Automated synchronization
Provides access to public and private Google calendars
Provides two-way sync for private calendars
Provides one-way event publishing for public calendars
Provides support for publishing free/busy data only
Matches duplicate entries when performing an initial sync between Google and Outlook to avoid duplicates
Works with Outlook 2003, 2007 and Microsoft Exchange accounts
Supports accessing multiple Google calendars

Filter items by Outlook Categories and automatically assign categories to Google entries when they are imported into the Outlook calendar.

Corrected issue where updated meeting requests were deleted from the Outlook calendar during a sync. After a meeting request had been accepted then ii the meeting was modified by the organizer then he event would be deleted by gSyncit upon the next sync.

Updated the dialogs prompting to confirm a deletion to indicate if the item is a Google or Outlook contact or event.

Corrected "object reference not found" error when using the new feature to prompt before deleting events.
