The WarRoom is an ICQ Chat/IRC replacement program that is much more efficient and compact! Great to hold private online meetings!!
This application comes in two parts... a Server side version and a Client side version. A user that is wanting to set up a place for people to meet will need to have the Server version running for the client's to connect to. Obviously, the users will only need the Client version in order to connect.

Here is a quick rundown of the WarRoom features:

IRC style interface
Customize colors of messages and backgrounds
Private messages to other users
View Profiles of users logged on

"Emoti-Sounds" - By including catch words in your message, sounds like laughing, crying, etc. will play
