"adist", an unique mail address book program, bring you this wonderful ability. But you don't need to change your favorite mail program, "adist" works fine with them.

"adist" style of selecting addresses is as following:


Open a new message window from your mail program.
Set input focus on "To" or "CC" area.
Press left and right SHIFT key simultaneously.
("adist" candidate window opens)
Type part of name or address until that you are finding appear.
Press "." to send address text to mail program's "To" or "CC" box.
Optionally, repeat 4 and 5 until all addresses finished.
Just this simple.

"adist" is designed focus on care of mail address list and address selection. It works with all mail client programs, you don't need to copy your address book when you are changing from Outlook Express to Eudora, for example.

Generally, addresses you selected can be transfered to mailer directly. But for some mailer, like Netscape, whose "To" or "CC" field is not a standard Windows text box and does not receive text which "adist" sent. In this case, you can send selected addresses to clipboard, return to mailer and press "CTRL+V" to paste.
