You can specify any three of these variables and ask The Calculator to determine the fourth. Additionally, it will calculate the remaining principle after a specified number of payments. All calculations are based on "simple interest" calculations (that used for most home mortgages). It does not use the "rule of 78s" that is common among car loans.
