EcComm: Allows supervisors to keep track of one-on-one communication with employees. EcComm also allows you to write, print and store records of written discipline reports for further consideration.

EcPoint: Following general principals of attendance, human resource departments can use EcPoint to track and total the attendance points employees receive when missing work. Coordinating EcPoint with your Company's attendance policy, HR departments can, at a glance, determine who needs counseling or other considerations when an attendance problem arises. EcPoint also allows you to print attendance reports to insert into personnel files. You can also print a total attendance report for each person in the database. EcPoint points automatically drop off after 1 year.

EcPunch: This program allows you to track when an employee fails to punch in or out on their timecard.
